Unlike most Physical Therapy providers, we offer a range of services using a highly skilled hands-on, full-body approach, to get you up and going again. We take time to listen and evaluate you to create an individualized treatment plan using advanced techniques and in-depth interventions such as Myofascial release, Hypnosis, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Kinesiotaping, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques. We have a high success rate, and our services are provided at home, via Telehealth, live video visits, and for patients who only speak Spanish. Homebound Ability
You do not need to be homebound to receive our services. We provide skilled hands-on Physical Therapy directly at your home so, you do not have to travel anywhere unlike other providers or worry about transportation, and mom with kids do not have to arrange for babysitting services

On August 16th, 2018, Governor Rauner of Illinois signed Direct Access to Physical Therapy into law. Effective immediately, this law allows you to be evaluated and treated WITHOUT a referral or script from a physician. No prescription is required and
EXCEPTIONS: Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross and Blue Shields still REQUIRE a prescription from your physician.

About Us
MEET DR. AMPARO V. KACIUS
Originally from Bucaramanga, Colombia, Dr. Kacius graduated as a Physical Therapist from the Universidad Industrial de Santander in 1986. Besides working in her clinic, she conducted research studies in Ergonomy and Occupational Health before moving to the United States in 1994. She obtained her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2015.
In her 34 years of clinical practice and as a bilingual English-Spanish speaking clinician, Dr. Kacius has worked in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health settings in the states of Connecticut, Indiana, and Illinois treating patients with pain and mobility deficits of varying nature including neurological, orthopedic, developmental disabilities, cardiovascular, respiratory, and lymphedema conditions. She provides also wound care for patients with stage 3 and 4 pressure injuries and diabetic, venous, and arterial insufficiency lesions.
Since graduating in 1986, she continually educates herself by attending seminars and training in the latest Physical Therapy techniques and interventions and has obtained various certifications throughout the years. In 2006, she obtained her Hypnotist Certification from the National Guild of Hypnotists; in 2016, her Lymphedema Therapists Certification from the Norton School of lymphatic Studies; and in 2020, her Early Intervention Specialist Certification from the State of Illinois Department of Human Services. She is an advanced practitioner of Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques.
